Raw vegan breakfast porridge!

So incredibly good! My fresh peppermint almond milk sweetened with dates over bananas, shredded coconuts, walnuts and mulberries! Raw vegan porridge! Recipe as follows! 

Peppermint almond milk

1 Cup almonds sprouted

3 Cups water

4 drops essential oil of peppermint 

2 dates

Pit dates, combine sprouted almonds and water in vitamin blend then strain through a nut milk bag or pasta strainer. Add “milk” back to blender. Add the dates and peppermint oil and you are done!

TIP: For extra selenium add a handful of Brazil nuts when adding dates!
