Eating better as you enter the 5D

It’s been months since I’ve had to buy fruits or vegetables at the grocery. There is abundant joy in growing your own food! I hit the store today for some dried herbs oils, vinegar,s and raw sweeteners to make a batch of my own dressings! I always put dressings in all my plant-based books but my next book has several! For me, it’s all bout Eating better as you enter the 5D!

I’m so excited about my new book, the future, and the way this world is changing! I literally FEEL like each day is becoming more fruitful than the next! People are waking up to the fact that they must change the way they eat, move, and live! This has been a dream of mine for decades… for this world to awaken to the truth!

I’m about to share with you a small change yielding BIG results! Let’s catapult you into eating better as you enter the 5D!

If you’re not currently making your own salad dressings I highly recommend it. There are so many fillers in the dressings you buy at the store! Many contain atrocious ingredients Such as calcium disodium (EDTA) and hydrolyzed vegetable protein (a source of MSG)!

With just a few ingredients (many that you can buy in bulk) you can save money and create delicious healthy alternatives! I make everything from… a dairy-free ranch dressing out of cashews to my famous tahini bikini salad dressing which is in a base of raw tahini!

There is never a need to waste the money or throw away your health on store-bought salad dressings. In fact, those very dressings that you are covering your greens with may be loaded with cancer-causing chemicals.

Wise up! Grow your own food and start making your own meals! Your body mind and soul will thank you

Below is a Fantastic Raw Vegan 5D Recipe to aid you during your ascension process!

Pour me a rainbow dressing

I’ve said time and time again that I don’t believe in eating overt fats. Overt fats are oils. I prefer you to eat an avocado instead of avocado oil, coconut meat instead of coconut oil, and olives instead of olive oil.

That being said, there are some people that just have to have a vinaigrette! They simply will not eat a salad unless you give them oil and vinegar on top.

For these people, I have designed a beautiful dressing that has a rainbow of colors! This is a crowd-pleasing dressing that won’t lower your vibration! My pour me a rainbow dressing will not slow your Ascension process just because it has a base of an overt fat. I have lightened it up with a plethora of colorful vegetables in order to balance out the energy.

Ingredients 

1 cup of high-quality olive oil

1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar 

2 stalks of celery

1/4 of a white large onion

4 TB dried garlic flakes

3 TB red pepper flakes

3 TB dried carrot flakes

2 tsp raw honey

2 tsp green stevia powder (green only) 

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until you get a rich golden green or red color! 

Note: The color of this dressing will always change depending on the amount of ingredients you use. Here I show it with more celery (rich green color) and with more red pepper flakes (golden-red color). 

I encourage you to play with the different types of vegetables you add. This dressing will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Health benefits of my Pour me a rainbow dressing

  1. Apple cider vinegar is amazing for digestion
  2.  Olive oil is a natural anti-inflammatory
  3. Green leaf Stevia is a cancer preventative, this herb can also grow abundantly in any garden. 

Eating for ascension really isn’t that difficult.

  •  It’s about making sound choices for yourself and your family.
  • It’s about not buying packaged processed foods.
  •  It’s about not buying into the “Got Milk” ads or fast food commercials that you see on TV! 
  • It’s about learning to grow your own food
  • It’s about cultivating old ways of living such as our ancestors did. For me, this means making my own fermented foods such as sauerkraut.

8 Ways to open your third eye

I’ve been diving deep into the spiritual connection that is directly linked to our gut health, liver health, and especially our pineal gland. Going so far as to record and document the 8 ways to open the third eye. I’ve eaten a Raw food detox diet for decades now! In fact, I’m working on something to tie this all together for you. Before that comes out, let’s start with the basics. Let’s begin with a few ways to cleanse your pineal gland in order to open your third eye.

8 Ways to open your third eye


Decalcify your pineal gland The primary function of the pineal gland is to produce melatonin. This regulates our sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin production is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light. Over time our pineal gland basically calcifies. A few of the ways to decalcify this important gland is to

  • Avoid Fluoride Pay close attention to the water in your life, avoid tap water completely! Tap water is a source of fluoride, which contributes to pineal gland calcification. Add water filters to your sink and shower faucets.
  • Supplement with humic and fulvic acid The list of supplements that support and detoxify the third eye is long and includes raw cacao, goji berries, garlic, lemons, watermelon, bananas, raw honey, coconut oil, hemp seeds, cilantro, seaweeds, honey, chlorella, spirulina, blue-green algae, raw apple cider vinegar, zeolite, ginseng, borax, Vitamin D3, bentonite clay and chlorophyll and especially humic and fulvic acids!

I’ve taken the guesswork out of combining all of these in my clay-based Raw Food Detox Formula.

  • Eat a Raw Food Detox diet

I tell my clients to start with a big juice in the morning and a HUGE salad at night! This seems to be the winning ticket! Here is a sample of what I tend to eat at night on a Raw Food Detox Diet!

  • Use Essentials Oils Many essential oils stimulate the pineal gland and facilitate states of spiritual awareness. A few of my favorites are lavender, sandalwood, frankincense, blue spruce, and pine. Essential oils may be inhaled directly, added to body oil, burned in a diffuser, and added to bathwater. Be mindful around your pets however, these oils can be toxic.
  • Gaze into the sun! I LOVE sun-gazing! The sun is a great source of power. Gaze gently at the sun during the first few minutes of sunrise and the last few minutes of sunset to boost the potency of your pineal gland.
  • Yoga Y’all know I LOVE my yoga practice! Unfortunately, most of the studios are requiring you to wear a mask. These days, I’ve been enjoying yoga at home. I actually find it much more peaceful at home. My doggies love it too!
  • Chanting and Meditation both activate the pineal gland through setting the intention. Start by sitting in a quiet space while chanting “I am love” over and over again. Try visualizing the decalcification of the pineal gland as you do so.
  • Wear Crystal jewelry Crystals are major influential allies in the mission to awaken the third eye. Use crystals and gemstones in the colors of purple, indigo, and violet along with gold and white. These are the colors to awaken, balance, align, and nurture the third eye.

* The veil will be lifted that covers politicians and people in Hollywood who carry a false high status exposing pedophilia.

* Your health must come front and center in order for you to create the type of authentic lifestyle we were all put on this earth to create.

* If you’ve not gone plant-based yet, now is the time. We are evolving as a species and must stand up for the voiceless.

* We are being called to be more mindful to what our ears and eyes take in. Less social media, less news, less gossip.

Healthy gut flora, The benefits of eating fermented foods.

 

Got gut health? It’s not a trick question… I promise!  

Last month I fermented 6 pounds of radishes and 4 pounds of beets! There is nothing more gratifying than having your pantry shelves lined with canned goods from your garden that will serve you for months to come!

Fermenting foods from your garden will feed your gut flora FAR more probiotics than any probiotic you can buy on a store shelf! Unless of course, you buy my smiling probiotic found here.You can take the girl out of Ohio but you cannot take Ohio out of the girl! 

What are fermented foods? 

Fermentation is the process of biochemically modifying food by using microorganisms, probiotics, and enzymes. This allows food to be preserved for longer periods of time while also providing healthy gut flora feeding microorganisms. Not only are you getting shelf-stable food, but you are also getting a happy healthy gut! 

Typically, when I speak about foods rich in probiotics, I’m referring to products that have been bacterially fermented. Mold fermentation can still create health-promoting foods, but it generally doesn’t supply the type of probiotic organisms that most benefit our guts. Some forms of yeast, especially in the Saccharomyces family, are also considered to have probiotic effects.

Why eat fermented foods?

Have you ever heard anyone say “there is more serotonin in the gut than in the brain”? This is an actual fact! This is why I named my pre and pro-biotic “smiling gut”! Because your belly will literally be happy with healthy gut flora! This in turn will help put a smile on your face too! 

Types of Probiotics and Fermented Foods

There are thousands of probiotic species, and we’ve only scratched the surface in terms of characterizing them and researching their effects. But, a few main types of probiotics have been scientifically studied, and their specific health effects are well documented for the positive benefits.

Lactobacillus strains (rich in fermented veggies)

  • In general, improves lactose digestion (and decreases symptoms of lactose intolerance) and boosts mucosal immune function (gut, lung, sinuses, etc.)
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus can reduce serum cholesterol levels and protect against urogenital infections, decreases colon polyps, adenomas, and cancer
  • Lactobacillus plantarum can reduce pain, constipation, bloating, flatulence, and inflammation in inflammatory bowel disorders
  • Lactobacillus reuteri shortens episodes of diarrhea and acute gastroenteritis
  • Lactobacillus rhamnosus can enhance cellular immunity
  • Lactobacillus salivarius has been shown to suppress and eradicate pylori in animal models and tissue cultures

Bifidobacteria species rich in fermented veggies!

  • Can help prevent and treat gastrointestinal disorders such as colonic transit disorders, colonic adenomas, colon cancer, and intestinal infections
  • May prevent or improve infectious diarrhea
  • Tentative evidence of protective action against the carcinogenic activity of intestinal flora

Saccharomyces boulardii This is my personal favorite probiotic! It’s found commonly rich in kefir and kombucha, but also fermented veggies, dairy, and soy.

  • Reduces occurrence of difficile infection
  • Reduces duration of acute gastroenteritis
  • In irritable bowel syndrome, may decrease functional diarrhea

High-quality fermented products are increasingly becoming available in grocery stores, but we can also reap the benefits by making your own. I promise you will be able to ferment on your own! In fact, I will provide a simple recipe here!

Although probiotic supplementation can be useful in a lot of circumstances, you can actually get a much, much broader range of probiotics (including the ones above and the less characterized but still beneficial ones) by eating fermented foods. Fermented foods have a slightly different array of microbes in each batch. So what in the heck are you supposed to eat?! Let’s start with some of these wonderful foods below!

* Raw, unpasteurized fermented vegetables (sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, beets, carrots)
 
* Raw, unpasteurized, fermented fruits (chutneys, jams, green papaya, pickled jackfruit)
 
* Kombucha
 
* Raw, unpasteurized fermented condiments (“real” ketchup, relishes, salsas, pickled ginger, pickled beets, and my personal favorite… pickled radishes)!
 
* Water kefir
 
* Coconut milk kefir
 
* Coconut milk yogurt
 
* Beet kvass
 
* natto, miso, tempeh, and tamari sauce (fermented soy is also rich in vitamin K2;
 
Please keep in mind, fermentation doesn’t reduce the phytoestrogen content of soy foods, so these products will still contain very high levels of potential endocrine-disrupting chemicals).

Remember, diet is the single biggest influence on gut microbiota composition. In fact, your diet is directly responsible for more than 60% of the variation in bacterial species in the gut. Genetics, gender, age, lifestyle, hormones, drugs, supplements, and environmental exposures collectively are responsible for the remaining 40%.

Also, if you are pregnant you should be especially careful of what you consume. Why? Because a crappy diet can. lead to SERIOUS issues with your children such as autism. 

The good news is that we can start improving our gut microbiomes today with dietary changes geared at fostering a vibrant and diverse gut microbial community!

In fact, dietary changes can alter the gut microbiome’s composition in a very short period of time, in a matter of a few days to a few weeks!

This weeks Oracle spirit message.

Often times when cleansing our body on a cellular level emotions come up. Like I always say “your issues live in your tissues”.  during these times of deep tissue cleansing we must have empathy for ourselves and compassion for those around us who are dealing with our ups and downs during the detoxification process. Andrea’s Raw Vegan Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw tahini
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons ​cold-pressed olive oil (or another neutral oil, such as flax)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kelp sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (minced)

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in a blender or food processor, adding more or less liquid as needed. Add parsley and pulse until finely minced and well combined.
  3. Goddess dressing will thicken quite a bit in the fridge, so add a bit more liquid as needed! without shame or guilt! Enjoy without shame or guilt!

Last week I had a client fly in from out of state for her yearly detox. Her end results were nothing short of miraculous! It was like a peeling of an onion! To watch her glow up was so incredibly beautiful. By the end of the week she had lost a whopping 13 pounds.

Fresh cold press juices (I keep these on hand for myself while dealing with clientele)  

About that salad picture above!!! Quick and easy cheesy salad dressing!

Ingredients :

  • (1 cup) raw soaked cashews (soaked overnight in water)
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes,
  • 1 tbsp white miso (fantastic for digestion)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder, or fresh minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • kelp sprinkles to taste
  • (1 cup) dairy-free milk, (unsweetened)

Instructions : 

  1. Drain the cashews and discard the water they were soaked in.
  2. Add to a high-powered blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk, if needed to create the desired consistency. I like it when it’s thick but runs off the spoon.
  3. Use straight away or add to a container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This is one of my all time favorite raw vegan recipes! Cauliflower rice topped with raw vegan “meatless squared meatballs”!

Ingredients :

1 head of Cauliflower

a pinch of sea salt

How to Make Cauliflower Rice

There are two methods for making cauliflower rice. You can either use a box grater with the medium-size holes (pictured below) traditionally used for cheese, or a food processor with the grater blade to blitz it into small pieces. With both techniques you’re aiming for little pieces the size of rice.

Meatless square meatballs

  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced (baby bella’s or cremini)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons quick oats or oat flour
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1/2 small shallot
  • 2 teaspoons soy free tamari (or nama shoyu)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, packed
  • mineral salt + cracked pepper, to taste

Directions :

Place the ingredients for the meatballs into your food processor/blender, blend until well combined but still a bit chunky (not too chunky, but just a very minimal amount). Taste for seasoning. Scoop out 3 tablespoons of mixture at a time and form into balls by gently flipping back and forth between your palms and use your fingers to mold making a nice circle shape. Makes about 8. Set aside.

Andrea’s Saucy Sweet and Sour Sauce!

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup agave 1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 date, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Blend the ingredients and pour over the rice and meatless meatballs, enjoy without shame or guilt!

Do you know your chart placements in vedic and western astrology?

My chart is made of water and fire. In fact my first five placements are all water! I become grounded around earth signs and lifted by air. According to our date time and place of birth, each of us is made up of either air fire earth or water. However many of us have too much of one element in our chart. For me, my chart is mainly composed of water and fire with a touch of Libra (air). However my Pisces cancer Scorpio placements dominate my chart. With almost no earth or air to ground me, I was often being told that I was “overly emotional” or “took things too seriously”. People would tell me I wore my heart on my sleeve.

Ingredients

2 Cups light coconut milk

1 tsp coconut oil

1 scoop of Thrive

a pinch of vanilla bean

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp dandy blend

1 TB Sexy and raw hair skin and nails formula

2 tsp coconut palm sugar

1 tsp grade B maple syrup for extra minerals

The truth about what people really pay me for.

Two years ago I started a second business and a second youtube channel. It’s a spiritual business where I use my wisdom, along with my own innate intuition and problem-solving skills and even a few tools in the esoteric arts to help people in their personal life, business and within the realm of their health.

Before I knew it I had more celebrity clients than I ever had in my health business. And thats A LOT! Word of mouth got around and today, I’m booked out three months into the future.

The truth is I’m a problem solver who is able to tap into the akashic records in order to bridge the gap of confusion. I’m not only the detox queen. I’m the queen of clarity. Not just in the realm of health but also within helping others tune into the proper direction they’re supposed to take in love and in life.

As an intuitive healer people come to me with their pain and their sadness and I transmute their pain into their greatest victory. I explain to them why the horrific pain they feel in their hearts is actually tied to their past life karma and how this transmutes itself into their relationships, business partnerships and health issues they have today. I also teach them that without first caring for their bodies at an optimal level they cannot give to others.

I teach people to turn their back to codependency and to embrace autonomy. To know that they are 100% OK and can even THRIVE when facing life situations solo.

You can be absolutely happy and filled with joy while on your own. In fact, you must learn to be joy filled solo. This is where true peace stems from. I learned this very valuable lesson of being perfectly content by myself… within myself many years ago.

Although many question this and often don’t like to see others solo thriving, it’s the key to true fulfillment. Allow their triggers to push you into self sufficiency even more! You can have a life filled with peace joy and happiness. In fact, you can have it all!

I’ve coined for the phrase “your issues live in your tissues”. No where is this more true than in the beautiful underground tribe I have created in my solid second business that has become my spiritual sadhana.

I’m sharing this with all of you for a reason. Just because I “recovered well” from heartache, loss and even a serious stalking situation, doesn’t mean I don’t have a story. I just don’t allow that story to be my current story today.

We should never be quick to judge. You never truly know what someone else is going through. Some of us fought hard to shine again!

I was having a discussion with my friend who has also been a pioneer in the Raw food plant-based health movement the other day. We were discussing how we both became a bit apathetic a few years back and moved more Into the realm of spirituality with our businesses. And in my case starting a second business and YouTube channel in the realm of using my intuitive-guidance to help guide others. Not only in their health but also in the way of diving deep into their akashic records.

I can’t speak for her but I will say for me, it felt like a natural progression. She mentioned she became a bit bored. For me… it felt natural due to decades of cellular detoxification pushing me more and more towards my North node of Scorpio and the esoteric arts. It became a new way of thinking feeling and knowing that if I didn’t drop the judgment and perceptions that other people had of me and go towards what I truly wanted to go towards, I would be living in the same box that they were. One where judgements, ridicule and societal/childhood conditioning ruled me. One where always staying the same and making date balls in the kitchen and filming my Tasty Tuesday’s show would be the norm at age 90!

And I may very well be filming tasty Tuesdays when I am 90! But the fact of the matter is creating that second business which is a complete niche for me and utilizing my intuition to not only heal people but to guide them in the right direction was the right path for me.

In the near future you’ll see more and more of me working my magic and introducing you more to what I do at “The Detox Intuitive”. The natural alchemic process of healing with herbs, connecting the dots between the troublesome co-dependent relationships we have with others in connection to our past lives and our Akashic records. And my teachings of how to tune into your inner guidance and intuition to find the proper balance of foods friends and family dynamics that work best for your constitution and choices YOU wish to make in this lifetime. Not the choices and constraints that others see fit for you.

I’ve said for years “Our issues live in our tissues”. This means that you cannot have balanced relationships a successful business and a beautiful home life until you first balance the body. With the way my chart placements are it is easy for me to marry these two together incorporating them into one business, body mind spirit and soul.

Today I hiked in the sun, harvested one of my aloe plants and fell asleep in the grass next to my dogs. It was peaceful and somewhat dreamy.  Life is so much more clear when you spend the day in nature.

Andrea’s Simplicity Salad Recipe 

4 Cups of wild greens such as arugula, mustard greens and spinach

a handful of chopped tomatoes 

1 cucumber chopped

Dressing

4 TB stone ground mustard

1 avocado

4 TB Gluten-free nutritional yeast

3 TB apple cider vinegar

Directions: Blend salad ingredients in a blender and pour over greens. Enjoy without shame or guilt!

Quick Raw Vegan Recipe to Raise Your Vibration – Magic Truffles!

In order to have a high vibrational life you must feed your body high vibrational foods but also be mindful that stress within the wallet will create an oxidational stress on your body. 

I’m an independent woman who has a monthly overhead of close to $9000 before I even step out of my home. 

This $9000 includes 

$3200 in a monthly note for my home

$250 towards infusion soft

$150 towards WP Engine

$125 to T-Mobile

$170 to SDG&E 

The list is ongoing and never ending and this is before food costs.

There’s no husband paying the bills

There’s no boyfriend helping out

There’s no roommate

No senior discounts 🙂 

And I live in one of the most expensive ZIP Codes in the country. 

Recently I noticed that I was spending $50 – $65 a week at a local juice bar that I LOVE! One of the things I was spending money on were raw vegan truffles similar to these. I had to stop and ask myself at the end of the month why I was spending this type of money on Raw Vegan truffles when I was a Raw Vegan chef for years? 

Last week I took a screenshot of the ingredients, came home tweaked the recipe and have re-created them myself. Now I am saving roughly $50 bucks a week! I even like my truffles better! 

Be wise with your money. I cut coupons before I go to the grocery store just like my mother did. I cut coupons no matter how much I have in the bank. Always have money set aside. Because at the end of the day you never quite know how things will work out. Take it from someone who had to rebuild her self from the ground up more than once, you’ll want to be prepared for that time and not have to rely on someone else’s money to get you through.

These truffles are incredibly decadent! They’re also 100%

Raw

Organic

Vegan

Gluten free

Dairy free

Guilt free

Pesticide free

Corruption free

RAW VEGAN TRUFFLE BASE 

  • 1 2/3 cups + 1 teaspoon gluten free coconut, chickpea or oat flour (I chose chickpea)
  • 3 tablespoons Grade B maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 inch of real vanilla bean
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips 

Place dry ingredients in a food processor and blend. Add the coconut oil and grade B maple syrup while the processor is still running. When this is blended, pulse in the chocolate chips. 

I used three toppings to roll my raw vegan truffles in.

Topping #1 Melt Sacred chocolate (or any raw vegan chocolate) on a double broiler and roll the balls in the chocolate. Allow them to harden in the fridge or freezer.

Topping #2 Healthy powdered sugar Simply blend equal parts of arrow root powder with coconut sugar and roll the balls in this mixture. 

Topping number #3 GO NAKED!  (My personal favorite is no topping at all)! The balls look just like raw vegan cookie dough without a topping!

RICH RAW NO- BAKE VEGAN BROWNIES

1 1/2 cups raw walnuts

1 cup raw almonds

2 1/2 cups dates (pitted

Optional a pinch of sea salt and or cinnamon

Eat these without shame or guilt knowing you are loving yourself with live food!
